Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of adolfomarquez.com (the "Site") and any communications you send through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is the marketing site for Adolfo Marquez, an independent marketing consultant serving businesses in Fresno County, California. It describes services, work, and pricing ideas, and lets you contact me. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a substitute for a written engagement agreement.

Using the Site

• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Don't submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive.
• Don't scrape, resell, or republish Site content without written permission.

Contact form & messaging

When you submit the contact form, start a chat, or text/call a number listed on the Site, you consent to me replying by the same channel and by email or phone using the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.

Estimates & pricing

Any pricing shown on the Site — including numbers generated by the pricing calculator — is a starting estimate for planning purposes. Final scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are always confirmed in a separate written proposal or engagement agreement before work begins.

Intellectual property

Site content — copy, design, brand marks, articles, and images — is owned by Adolfo Marquez or licensed to me and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Everything else requires written permission.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party tools for hosting, analytics, email, call tracking, and chat. Your use of those tools through the Site is also subject to their own terms. I'm not responsible for third-party services, and links to other websites don't imply endorsement.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific business or marketing outcome will result from information on the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adolfo Marquez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
