Privacy Policy
Effective August 27, 2026
This policy explains what information adolfomarquez.com (“this site,” “I,” “me”) collects from visitors and clients, and how it’s used.
Information I collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, audit request, or newsletter signup), I collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and any message content. This site also collects standard analytics data automatically — pages visited, general location, device and browser type — through Google Analytics and Cloudflare’s web analytics.
How I use it
- To respond to your message, audit request, or newsletter signup.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so I can improve it.
- To send the newsletter, only if you’ve signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
I don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and traffic is analyzed with Google Analytics. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its end.
Cookies
This site uses standard analytics cookies to understand traffic. It doesn’t use tracking cookies for third-party advertising, and it doesn’t run pop-ups or exit-intent modals.
Your rights
You can ask what information I have about you, request corrections, or ask me to delete it, by emailing hey@adolfomarquez.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
